The Watsu pool at Kanna Thalasso Okinawa is heated ocean water at around 35 °C or 95 °F. Watsu is a passive form of aquatic therapy. The therapist floats you with a constant head support with gentle streches and graceful fluid movements through warm water. Your face won't get wet and you are perfectly safe no matter how tall, heavy, or flexible you are on land. The more you trust the water and your therapist, the more freedom of body and mind you enjoy in the session.
